All fees are stated including the VAT.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the latter fee will be automatically charged. Unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.

* To qualify for the respective fee, membership must be valid until the end of July 2017.
**The official proof of student status must be submitted online as a PDF attachment while registering.

By registering delegate agrees that his/her contact data will be provided to IAHE for the membership administration purpose.

* Please note that although Welcome Evening and Convention Dinner are included in the registration fee, you are kindly asked to reconfirm your attendance through Online Registration Form due to capacity reasons. 

Registration Guidelines

Each participant will receive a Registration number by an email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in payment details.

Online registration will be closed on 26 June 2017.

Social Events

Participants are kindly requested to reconfirm attendance of all social events in the Online Registration Form. This also applies to the social events included in the registration fee. 
Please note that the booking of the various tours and events will be confirmed following payment on a “first come, first served” basis and numbers may be restricted.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive the registration overview and email notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the amount outstanding after the completion of the Online Registration Form.

Payment

All fees must be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.

By Bank Transfer

Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in payment details.
Such payments cannot be identified.

The payment by bank transfer is available until 12 June 2017.
After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is advised to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. If the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check whether the online transactions with a merchant who is based in the Czech Republic are enabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

Accepted Credit / Debit Cards

All online payments are processed via GP webpay through a secure connection. GP webpay conforms to international standards and it meets the strictest safety requirements of the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA standards as defined by the MasterCard and VISA card associations. Final Invoice

The final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request, the Secretariat will not send this document automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date of registration. Later changes will not be possible.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

Until 30 April 2017
50 EUR administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds

From 1 May 2017 until 8 June 2017
50% of the fee paid will be refunded

From 9 June 2017
no refund can be processed under any circumstances

Cancellation of Optional Items

Until 8 June 2017
20 EUR – administrative fees will be deducted from all refunds

From 9 June 2017
no refund can be processed under any circumstances

Any post-convention queries (e.g. requests for refunds) can be made until 12 August 2017 only.
Later requests will not be considered.

For any change of name a fee of 20 EUR will be charged.

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with unique email address.

When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Summarized data from this form may be used by the administrator for internal statistical purposes and for internal use of the administrator.

Statement by the Administrator

Data administrator declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the administrator or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the event be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
